1. General Refund Rules

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • Influencer fails to deliver agreed work
  • Project is not started
  • Service is incomplete
  • Verified fraud or misconduct

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Client changes their mind
  • Work has already been delivered
  • Client is unhappy but requirements were met
  • Off-platform communication occurred

3. Cancellation Rules

Client Cancellations

  • Allowed before an influencer begins work
  • Influencer may still receive a partial payout depending on progress

Influencer Cancellations

  • Influencers must notify the client immediately
  • Full refund may be issued
  • Repeat cancellations may result in penalties

4. Dispute Process

  • Open a dispute through the dashboard
  • Provide proof
  • InfluencerPit mediates and makes a final decision

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
