About Influencer
How do I check if my website or specific page is indexed?
They may produce low-quality signals, waste money, or create technical and search problems. Avoid services that promise guaranteed Google indexing, instant rankings, or thousands of artificial backlinks indexer. Automated submission tools are rarely more effective than Search Console, an accurate sitemap, and a well-connected website. If your page isn’t showing up at all, maybe it hasn’t been crawled yet. Because troubleshooting search visibility often comes down to figuring out which stage is failing.
A page has to be crawled before the search engine can decide whether to include it. Crawling alone is not enough, though. Why should a website owner care about the distinction? Each case requires a different fix. Check back later for an indexing-status change or a new error. Once you’ve submitted the URL, leave it alone for a while and monitor it in Search Console. If Google still excludes the page, read the reason closely: it may have crawled the page and decided not to index it, or it may not have crawled it yet.
If a week passes with nothing, revisit Search Console, check for errors, strengthen your internal links, and request indexing once more. Most well-optimized pages get indexed within days, sometimes hours. Patience still matters. Patience is also a virtue in this process. Even when everything is set up perfectly, indexing is not instantaneous. It can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks for a new page to appear in the search results.
The speed can depend on your site’s authority and how frequently Google crawls your domain. If you have a well-established site, new pages will often be picked up faster. How do I know how many pages and which ones have been indexed on Google. To view the indexed page URLs, enter:nsite:my-domain.com Google displays only around 1,000 pages per search. Google will show an estimated count of indexed pages from that site. It’s up to you to use the first query and see if it shows a different number than the second one.
To keep certain pages out of Google’s index, add a rule to robots.txt. And if you want to see the URLs of those indexed pages, type:nSite:my-domain.com Note that Google only shows about 1,000 pages at a time. You’ll get a number representing the total number of pages indexed by Google from your website. This constant churn is healthy. If a site goes offline, if content becomes stale, or if a page violates guidelines, it can vanish.
