Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Rules

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • Influencer fails to deliver agreed work

  • Project has not been started

  • Service is incomplete or significantly below agreed standards

  • Verified fraud, impersonation, or platform rule violation occurs

  • Influencer does not respond within the required timeframe (48–72 hours)

  • Delivered content violates InfluencerPit policies (hate speech, explicit content, illegal activity)


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Client simply changes their mind after booking

  • Work has already been delivered as agreed

  • Client is unhappy with creative style, but requirements were fulfilled

  • Client provided unclear or incomplete instructions

  • Off-platform payments, communication, or deals occurred

  • Deadlines were missed due to client delays in providing required materials

  • Client attempts to exploit the refund system for free work


3. Cancellation Rules

Client Cancellations

Cancellation is allowed only before the influencer begins work.

Depending on progress:

  • 0% Work Done → Full Refund

  • 1–50% Progress → Partial Refund (platform-assessed)

  • 51–100% Work Done → No Refund

Influencer Cancellations

If an influencer cancels:

  • Influencer must notify the client immediately

  • A full refund may be issued to the client

  • Repeated cancellations may result in:

    • Account suspension

    • Loss of verification badge

    • Reduced visibility in search results


4. Dispute Process

To resolve an issue, users must:

  1. Open a dispute through the dashboard

  2. Provide proof (messages, screenshots, deliverables, deadlines, etc.)

  3. InfluencerPit reviews both sides and may request additional information

  4. InfluencerPit makes a final and binding decision within 3–7 business days

Failure to respond to a dispute may result in an automatic decision.


5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Bank or card provider delays are outside our control

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only


6. Abuse Prevention

InfluencerPit may suspend or ban accounts engaging in:

  • Chargeback abuse

  • False disputes

  • Off-platform transactions

  • Fraudulent claims
