1. Introduction

Welcome to InfluencerPit (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using InfluencerPit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

InfluencerPit is an online marketplace that connects influencers (“Freelancers”) with clients (“Brands”) who wish to collaborate for promotions, content creation, or related services.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use InfluencerPit, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate and truthful account information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account to:

  • List influencer profiles
  • Contact influencers
  • Request collaborations
  • Process payments

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.

4. Platform Role

InfluencerPit:

  • Does NOT employ influencers
  • Provides a marketplace for connections
  • Facilitates payments for services
  • Is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by influencers

All agreements for services occur between the influencer and the client.

5. Services & Listings

Influencers are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of profile information
  • Pricing
  • Deliverables
  • Response times

InfluencerPit may remove any profile or content that violates our policies.

6. Pricing & Payments

InfluencerPit provides integrated payment processing.
Clients agree to pay the listed service prices, plus any applicable fees or taxes.

Payments:

  • Are held securely
  • Are released to influencers upon project completion
  • May include a service fee paid by clients or influencers

Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see below).
InfluencerPit may issue refunds in cases such as:

  • Non-delivery of service
  • Verified fraud
  • Violation of platform rules

Influencers who fail to deliver agreed work may be penalized.

8. Messaging & Communication

All communication must occur inside InfluencerPit for security purposes.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing personal contact information
  • Sending spam or inappropriate content
  • Soliciting off-platform payments

Violations may lead to account suspension.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
  • Attempt to bypass platform fees
  • Upload misleading or harmful content
  • Abuse, harass, or scam other users

10. Dispute Resolution

InfluencerPit may assist in resolving disputes but is not legally responsible for project disagreements.

Our decision on marketplace disputes is final.

11. Limitation of Liability

InfluencerPit is not liable for:

  • Influencer performance
  • Lost profits
  • Data breaches beyond our control
  • Third-party service outages

Using the platform is at your own risk.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate terms
  • Engage in fraud
  • Abuse the platform
  • Fail to deliver services

Users may delete their account anytime.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
