By accessing or using InfluencerPit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
InfluencerPit is an online marketplace that connects influencers (“Freelancers”) with brands or clients (“Brands”) for collaborations, promotions, content creation, and related services.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use InfluencerPit, you must:

Have the legal authority to enter contractual agreements

Provide accurate, current, and truthful registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
3. Account Registration
To access platform features such as messaging, bookings, and payments, users must create an account.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Updating your information if it changes
InfluencerPit is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
4. Platform Role
InfluencerPit operates solely as a marketplace facilitator.
We:

Do NOT employ influencers
-
Do NOT guarantee the performance, quality, or outcome of influencer work

Provide tools for communication, booking, and payment processing
-
Are not a party to service contracts between influencers and clients
All agreements, deliverables, and obligations occur directly between the influencer and the client.
5. Services & Listings
Influencers are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of their profile information
-
Pricing, availability, and deliverables
-
Meeting deadlines and client expectations
-
Complying with advertising laws (e.g., disclosure requirements)
InfluencerPit may edit or remove content that violates our policies, is misleading, or is harmful.
6. Pricing & Payments
InfluencerPit provides secure, third-party payment processing.
By booking a service, clients agree to:

Pay the listed service amount

Pay any applicable platform fees or taxes

Authorize payment through our processors
Payments:
-
Are held in escrow until the project is completed
-
Are released to influencers upon final approval
-
May be delayed due to disputes or verification checks
Chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized payments may lead to account suspension.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
InfluencerPit may issue refunds in cases such as:

Non-delivery of service

Project not started
-
Verified fraud or misconduct

Violation of platform rules
Influencers who fail to deliver agreed work may face:

Refund deductions

Account penalties
-
Platform removal
8. Messaging & Communication
For safety and fraud prevention, all communication must occur inside the platform.
Users may NOT:

Share personal contact information
-
Attempt off-platform payments
-
Send spam, abusive messages, or inappropriate content
Violations may result in account restriction or termination.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:

Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities

Attempt to circumvent platform fees

Upload harmful, misleading, or stolen content

Impersonate others or falsify identity

Harass, scam, or exploit other users

Abuse platform features or security systems
Any misuse may lead to immediate account suspension.
10. Dispute Resolution
InfluencerPit may assist in resolving disputes between influencers and clients.
The dispute outcome determined by InfluencerPit is considered final within the platform.
InfluencerPit is not legally responsible for:

Performance issues

Creative disagreements

Contract misunderstandings
Users are encouraged to document agreements clearly in the messaging system.
11. Limitation of Liability
InfluencerPit is not liable for:

Influencer performance or outcomes

Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities

Data breaches beyond reasonable control

Service interruptions or platform downtime
-
Third-party payment processor errors
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms & Conditions

Engage in fraud or misconduct

Attempt to bypass fees
-
Fail to deliver purchased services
-
Abuse or harm the platform or other users
Users may delete their account at any time.
Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes shall be handled within the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.
