Terms of Influencer Verification

These terms apply to all users applying for Influencer Verification on InfluencerPit.

1. Purpose of Verification

Verification is provided to:

  • Confirm user identity

  • Increase trust within the marketplace

  • Prevent fraud

Verification does not guarantee influence, quality, or reputation.

2. Required Documents

Users may be required to upload:

  • Government-issued ID

  • Selfie for facial validation

  • Social media profile(s)

  • Additional documents if requested

Providing false or altered documents is strictly prohibited.

3. Review Process

Verification applications may be:

  • Approved

  • Rejected

  • Marked as pending

  • Revoked at any time

The decision is based on eligibility, accuracy, and platform safety.

4. Reasons for Rejection

Common reasons include:

  • Blurry or unreadable documents

  • Mismatched identity information

  • Fake or misleading social media profiles

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Violations of Community Guidelines

Rejected users may reapply after corrections.

5. Subscription Requirement (If applicable)

If verification is linked to a Membership Plan:

  • Verification remains active only while the subscription is active

  • Cancellation or expiration may remove the badge

  • Users may re-verify once subscription is renewed

6. Revocation of Verification

InfluencerPit may remove verification if:

  • Fraud is detected

  • Account is shared or sold

  • Policy violations occur

  • Subscription expires

  • User breaches platform rules

Verification is a privilege, not a permanent right.

7. Privacy & Security

Uploaded documents are:

  • Encrypted

  • Used only for verification

  • Never shared with third parties except for legal reasons

Users may request deletion of verification files after review.

8. No Guarantee

Verification does not:

  • Increase rankings

  • Guarantee bookings

  • Provide monetary benefits

  • Endorse a user’s skills or performance

It simply confirms identity authenticity.
